“I am obsessed with dogs—because they remind me of people but with more hair”, scriveva Elliott Erwitt.
“At the Cannes Film Festival while preparing for the screening of his film Détective (1985), Godard was obsessed with the sharpness of the projection and spent quite a bit of time making sure everything was A-OK. Sharpness is a big problem.”, scrive Gilles Peress (foto).
“I have to see everything all the time and, even with my eye in the viewfinder, I have to be aware of anything happening outside the rectangle.”, erano le riflessioni del regista e fotografo Abbas Kiarostami.
